CASTA2 - One-bedroom apartment in the Historic District

One bedroom apartment perfect for couples or solo travelers that want to explore the city on foot. Located just 400 meters from the main tourist attraction (el Pilar) and right next to the river, the building has been recently renovated as well as the apartment itself trying to keep the features and spirit of more than 150 years of history. Some pieces of furniture for the bedroom are still missing and the photos will be upgraded accordingly. While the area is very central, it is not the most taken-care-of part in the city. There is a mix of young hipster couples and many different cultures and, while safe, might be a bit shocking for some at first. There is no lift and you will need to climb to the second floor. Also, parking in the center of most cities can be difficult sometimes: it is exactly the case in Zaragoza. You can park in the surrounding streets for free on weekends and for a fee on weekdays. In case you are interested, there is underground parking available in a nearby building (1 minute walk) which can be rented separately, if available (10 €/day). Guests have full and exclusive access to all the apartment areas. Washing machine and dryer are located in a laundry room and shared with the other two rental units.

"Nice apartment" Ideal if you're traveling by train/AVE or bus!

Nearby is the TRAIN/AVE/BUS station. If you use this transportation, it will be very convenient to move with your bags upon arrival and departure. If you come by car you can park for free 24h in the Augusta-Norauto shopping center, a 15'walk (there are other options). You will be 1/2 hour from the city center on foot, by bus or in the vicinity 12'. In front of the Palomar Castle park and near the linear park on the banks of the Ebro. The apartment, like the furniture, is renovated in 2018.
