Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a few steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and rocks on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local attractions. The swimming area and harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) is perfect for swimming, crab fishing and relaxation. Outdoors, there is a dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.
