Unbeatable sunsets! Close to the old coastal community Skalhamn with natural harbor, large boat marina and restaurant. Grocery stores, restaurants, Havets hus etc. are in Lysekil. 12 min by car. Choose from natural beaches, cliffs and kid-friendly baths. 5 minutes by car. Hiking trails and golf course in the nearby area. Bicycles are available to borrow.

The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. The property consists of two flats with separate entrances of which this accommodation is the apartment upstairs. The apartment is a 2nd floor of about 40 sqm that is bright and fresh with sea view from the kitchen and bedroom. Adjacent to the apartment is a smaller courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee. All amenities are available for a nice and quiet stay.

The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and mountains on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local sights. The swimming area and the harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) are perfect for both swimming, crab fishing and relaxing. Outdoors there is dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).
