An international cycling route along the Drava river passes through Josipovac and near the Eurovelo 13 and 16 routes, private parking in front of the building and in the yard. A city bus runs every half hour to the city of Osijek. It takes 10 minutes by car to the center of Osijek. There are several supermarkets within 5 km and a large green market in the center of Osijek.

Close to the bus and train station, and the Zrinjevac sports hall. Parking space provided.
