2017 guest house in Tucson Mountain foothills adjacent to Sweetwater Preserve (14+ mi.s of trails: mountain biking, horseback, running, & hiking)! Enjoy the giant soaking tub, BBQ grill, sunsets & patio. A full kitchen, sitting area, bath & BR are downstairs (550 sq. ft.). Up a 90-degree ladder to BR/retreat space, wonderful for getaway views. Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Renovated and converted into a cozy guesthouse with modern amenities, while leaving its original charm untouched. Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. Cozy up in this remodeled studio on a beautiful 17-acre property in West Tucson Foothills. Part of an older 5-plex with 8 other houses, this charming unit features a king bed, common heating (kept around 70°F in winter), AC/heater mini split, small kitchen with microwave and stove/oven, Roku TV, and fast WiFi (~400 Mbps). ~350 sq ft of comfort with a beach-themed décor. Cold AC, Fast WIFI, No Cleaning Fee!

Park by your PRIVATE entrance. This spacious suite is quiet with its own Mini Split set . The WIFI is fast and the kitchenette has a full size fridge. I prefer solo travelers and charge a little more for a 2nd guest when you put in for 2 it will show correct amount. No unauthorized guests. Locals must send an inquiry about your stay before booking. 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport. Sending a message about your stay is appreciated.

Local Art Galleries close by with views of every mountain range and the city. Enjoy the traditional territorial style, the wood beam ceilings, the patio, the comfy foam mattress/down pillows and comforter. Our place is good for singles, couples, and business travelers.
