Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Unser 1-Zimmer-Apartment (ca. 40 m²) liegt im Erdgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten Hauses in der historischen Altstadt von Passau. Die Fensterseite öffnet sich zu einem kleinen, sonnigen Garten – eine ruhige Oase mitten in der Stadt. Direkt vor der Tür beginnt das charmante Gassengewirr rund um Künstlergasse und Residenzplatz mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

The property is ideal for visiting Passau (5 minutes) or Schärding (15 minutes). You can also make excursions to the Bavarian Forest or the Mühlviertel from here. Our charging station for electric cars can also be used.
