This Sonoran desert home in New River is perfect for a snowbird, or people that would love to hike, mountain bike, garden, people who enjoy collecting purple rocks from black mountain or enjoy wildlife like javelina and an occasional wild donkey and nights with the moonlight exposing the saguaro cactus and on rainy days the sound of the water racing down the wash. My home is very private on a 2 acre lot. It is on a cliffside and has an outside fireplace and fire pit! You'll enjoy the view.
