Beachfront holiday rentals in Gaziosmanpaşa

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

A very beautiful apartment and the coolest view of every night you spend

We now stayed for the second time in this beautiful apartment with the magnificent view of the Bosphorus and can only recommend it! The landlords are great! We look forward to our next visit to Istanbul!

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..

Very good accomodation and we have enjoyed our stay . Ece was very responsive and accommodated all our requests . Suite is very big and can easily spend quiet time inside. Lot of good restaurants and cafes near by and good transportation options to city . We went to explore Istanbul for 3 days and enjoyed my vacation . WiFi is sometimes disconnecting and can be improved .

Our stay was lovely. We had a few minor issues, but Mr. Emrah resolved it quickly. I can tell everyone who is thinking of going: The view is great, the communication of the people where we stay is very good and there is an environment where you can feel completely comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and shopping nearby. One of the most important advantages for me was that there was free indoor parking and an outdoor parking lot belonging to the apartment. Thank you again Mr. Emrah for everything. If we ever get in the way again, we would definitely like to stay again.

the place is fairly enough good , wasnt really calm there was a dog that kept parking right below the windows day and night it was irritating ( the dog is constantly there ) also the apartments so close to each other so u could hear neighbors doors close and open and such .. the place was clean and the view of the windows is really cute , very easy check in and out , very responsive when we needed help, the location isnt really good .

Everything was organized smoothly for a late check-in at 11pm. Clean, and spacious studio with jacuzzi that almost everyone else mentions here in reviews. It was very cool to soak there and relax after sightseeing. All in all, it’s a nice studio in a good location for sightseeing on foot or taking public transport to other places. Lovely views!

The location was very easy to get to central. Mr. Coskun gave all the instructions in advance and we had no problems. It was very clean, as seen in the pictures, we stayed with great pleasure. From now on, when I traveled to Istanbul, it was a place I would prefer again, thank you very much again.
