The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

We now stayed for the second time in this beautiful apartment with the magnificent view of the Bosphorus and can only recommend it! The landlords are great! We look forward to our next visit to Istanbul!

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Very good accomodation and we have enjoyed our stay . Ece was very responsive and accommodated all our requests . Suite is very big and can easily spend quiet time inside. Lot of good restaurants and cafes near by and good transportation options to city . We went to explore Istanbul for 3 days and enjoyed my vacation . WiFi is sometimes disconnecting and can be improved .

I have rented several times from Furkan, alot of different apartments on different locations. All of them offer great value. Furkan the host and Emin the maintenance guy are very friendly and good people. I highly recommend.

The apartment exactly matches the pictures – modernly furnished and with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. The large window fronts make it feel like you're sleeping in the conservatory – really special! Everything was as described, and Harun was super helpful when I didn't get the umbrella on the terrace myself. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. What not to underestimate: the ascent via the many stairs to the property. It's best to bring a backpack – or a bit of fitness. But after a few days you get used to it, and the view really makes up for it! Overall, a great place with a great view – I'd love to come back!

the place is fairly enough good , wasnt really calm there was a dog that kept parking right below the windows day and night it was irritating ( the dog is constantly there ) also the apartments so close to each other so u could hear neighbors doors close and open and such .. the place was clean and the view of the windows is really cute , very easy check in and out , very responsive when we needed help, the location isnt really good .

Great location, very friendly host, many stairs to get to the house, not recommended for those with many suitcases, the host very kindly helped us bring them.

The place is fantastic and so is Harun as a host. I could not be more grateful I chose this listing as my first place in Istanbul. I can write a short story about how beautiful this experience was and it makes me emotional because in this immigration process I was expecting something to go wrong but everything was immaculate. The views are stunning, harun answers promptly whenever you have any questions whatsoever, the apartment is in perfect condition and harun goes above and beyond to help his guests. He even helped me carry my heavy suitcase to my next Airbnb. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend ❤️
