The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Beautiful and bright cottage with plenty of space and room for kids. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, which makes it possible to play a good football match of football. There is also a play tower with a slide and swings as well as a trampoline. There is a Weber Gas Grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

Only 400 meters from Gedesby's child-friendly sandy beach is the Nyager house, an original Norwegian log house with interiors of personal flea finds and decorated with retro wooden furniture that gives the house a lovely scent of pine. The house on the large property is surrounded by blackberry bushes and trees. The long driveway is shared only by 3 holiday houses and the view is for trees and shrubbery. Huset er indrettet med stor stue/alrum med køkken, 3 værelser, 3 hemse med plads til 2 i hver og 2 badeværelser. Direkte adgang til en stor, dejlig terrasse med magelige havemøbler. Til huset hører en udesauna. Huset er gjort klar til at byde velkommen med opredte senge, håndklæder, hvis man er der minimum 4 overnatninger. Ingen musik til gene for naboerne.

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room to play and ball games. The house is located about 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzaria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.
 The house is heated by heat pump, wood stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The TV in the house is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromcast in the TV.

It is suitable for up to 6 people (2 people live in the main house and 4 in the adjoining building). The house is located on a large, cozy natural plot that is fenced.
