The house is a classic wooden house of 57 m2 and located at the end of a quiet gravel road. It is right up to the forest and you will experience a rich wildlife in the garden. The grounds are 1200 m2 and mainly covered with blueberry plants and wild nature. Space has been created for play on the lawn in front of the house and there are badminton sets, as well as other play equipment available. In the summer months, there may be mosquitoes, so remember mosquito spray. We have mosquito nets on the doors in the living room, kitchen and in one bedroom.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Modern and relaxed decor and ceiling for the kitchen give a wonderful sense of space. Huge garden with several terraces, two of which are covered. The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. NOTE: Bring your own bed linen/towels, or rent them when you book.

Small, cozy, family-friendly cottage on a private property with old trees 550 meters from one of Denmark's best (child-friendly) beaches. The house has a cozy alcove, perfect for reading books, watching DVD movies (for children and adults). The garden offers a trampoline, playhouse and sandbox as well as a covered terrace. There are bicycles for a ride in the Bøtøskoven, where there are wild horses! Bring your own bedding and towels. The house must be left in the same condition as when you receive it. Only 400 meters from Gedesby's child-friendly sandy beach is the Nyager house, an original Norwegian log house with an interior of personal flea finds and decorated with retro wooden furniture that gives the house a lovely scent of pine. The house on the large plot is surrounded by blackberry bushes and trees. The long driveway is shared only by 3 vacation homes, and the view is of trees and bushes. Enjoy the large wooden terrace with outdoor kitchen or take a nap in the hammock and let the calm of your vacation sink in. 🤗

"Havhuset" is a newly built wooden house in a great location, just a few meters from the sea and a really good sandy beach. The house is cozy and simply furnished and has a lovely light. It is located on a natural plot with direct access to the garden from all rooms. Outside you have free access to a huge terrace with gas grill, table and chairs, as well as garden. The sea house is a fantastic starting point, whether you want to have a beach holiday right by the sea or want to explore South Zealand.

The lovingly furnished wooden house offers plenty of space for friends & family of 130 sq m. Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

 The house is heated with a heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. 
The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is Chromecast in the TV.

We would like to share that with you! The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.
