There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Lake Alfsee (8 km away) is easily accessible by e-bike; a lockable garage is available for storage. You can also play, relax, and barbecue in the large orchard.

The house has been completely renovated: underfloor heating (heat exchanger), wallbox, sauna, fireplace, everything is operated with green electricity. Therefore, the electricity costs are calculated to the nearest meter.
