Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. ENJOY SIMPLE LIVING BY THE SEA: (Please note: The rent is cheap and no cleaning fee is charged, so please clean on your departure and bring your own linens, sheets and towels). 22 m2 + Covered panoramic terrace. Views of Ses, Sydals and to Ærø and Germany. Living room with double sofa bed (200*125cm) Alcove with double bed (200*135cm.) Garden with lawn, sea view and garden table. Backyard with lawn. The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise it’s 100% yours.

The barn is directly surrounded by fields and meadows, has a large loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a large terrace facing the garden and the natural swimming pond. A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including shower room and toilet opens up. A window door allows direct exit to the outside area from there.
