The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

The apartment consists of a double room, an additional walk-in room with 2 single beds, an entrance hall, a separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace overlooking the garden. It is accessible via a staircase from the car park. Breakfast must be pre-ordered separately; it costs €12 per person. A local tax of €2.50 per person is to be paid in cash on site.
