The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a very special kind. With its loft-style interior, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living area offers 2+2 beds (incl. comfort sofa). Right next door is the fitness studio, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to your visit!

The newly furnished apartment (86 m2) on the upper floor, with a large south-facing terrace, consists of 3 bedrooms with separate entrances, a large living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a separate bathroom and WC. There is also the option of having breakfast served for an additional charge of €12.00 per person. Parking is available. The house is located 150 m from the town centre and 2 km from the A9 motorway exit Übelbach. A local tax of €2.50 per person is to be paid in cash on site.

The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
