Le Mas Richard est une belle propriété du XIXe siècle , elle est située dans le village de Générac, au sud de Nîmes. La maison fait partie d’un ensemble bâti de plusieurs logements , possède un jardin agrémenté d'une terrasse privative meublée. La location n’est pas isolée : se situe dans un village avec voisins et extérieurs communs à d’autres gites. La piscine n’est pas privative. Il est donc tenu de respecter le caractère paisible du lieu, les regroupements bruyants ne sont pas autorisés.
