Very nice house in the woods of Valeria. Very spacious and comfortable property with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8. Everything was very clean, well equipped, we felt right at home. Wim a genius, he was not in the area and we communicated by message, but he was super attentive and decisive, giving us clear and precise instructions. Really nice weekend last weekend. I would definitely come back!

Everything is excellent! The truth is that the house is beautiful just like the pictures. Super cute spaces ideal for sharing. There were 8 of us and we were super comfortable. The common spaces re prepared to enjoy. The location is also very good close to downtown and the beach that you could reach on foot and the path through a forest. Beautiful experience that I would repeat without hesitation!

Our stay was just perfect. We travel as a family, six people and our beloved pet, and we all enjoyed every corner of the house. It's a beautiful place, equipped with all the necessary and more. The garden is a true oasis, the grill was ideal for sharing unforgettable moments, and the wood-fired home gave our nights a warm and welcoming touch. This is already the second time we have been with my university football team to play a tournament in Pinamar and we stayed at Tomas. If we came back it was because of how spectacular the house and the host's hospitality seemed to us. From one year to the next we found improvements and things new, which indicates that the host invests in the comfort of the hosts. Tomás is a very attentive, friendly and predisposed person. The house is very spacious, perfect for large groups of friends or family. You have all the commissions from a thermotanque that reaches for everyone to bathe perfectly to grill, disco, stove, rooms with individual stoves. The location is excellent, a very quiet area, in front of an ideal square if there are guys and close to shops of all kinds. I'm going back.

Exceeded expectations. The stay was very comfortable. The house gave us all the amenities we need. We had a very rainy weekend and yet we became very happy because of how well we had it. Excellent stay, we arrived a little earlier and we were allowed to check in a couple of hours before, the very good pool, close to the beach 4 blocks approximate. Place to park in front of the accommodation, my pets felt at home and we too, really thank you very much for the week we spent there at Villa Gesell

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, with good heating and with access and ocean views. Complex amenities make it enjoyable at all times of the year, 24h reception, maid service, elevator and carport, heated pool... all excellent. The location is unbeatable, quiet and with private access to the sea. Undoubtedly a highly recommended place and the host, Luciano was very attentive, gave us advice and attention at all times. For a getaway or a good vacation, as a couple or as a family, it's ideal. We hope to be back soon.

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

The apartment is luxurious, it has very good heating, this beautiful decorated, the shower water comes out strong and hot, the spaces are large, the dining kitchen is so nice that we didn't want to leave there, the area is beautiful to go for a walk. At night you hear the sea, beautiful. I already rented it 4 times and when I leave I want to rent it again.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.

A very beautiful home in an excellent location, with private land. An ideal choice for a family vacation, and the morning view of the forest upon waking is just amazing! There is a space to park the car, and walking distance there is a store where you can buy food. I also want to emphasize that the kitchen is very well equipped and has all the necessary utensils and dinnerware to cook. I was pleasantly surprised! Laura is a very welcoming host and a wonderful person. I am very grateful for the warm welcome and definitely recommend it. I only take the best impressions! Thank you very much!

Zondinga is perfectly located: it is convenient to get to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful people, always ready for dialogue. The duplex itself is small and sleeps 4-5 adults there will be a challenge. The rooms upstairs are not private, it could be inconvenient for people with different life schedules. There is no storage space in the bathroom at all. Some of the things in the cabin need updating: painting the walls, for example, or the mattress on the double bed. I also want to note that the Internet was very weak, we could hardly watch a movie. The place is good for relaxing when it is important for you proximity to the ocean and attitude, not household comfort.

We were a whole family, 11 people. From everyone we thank for the excellent stay, the house is very comfortable, with everything you need and more! Very large and with many spaces, so that no one disturbs anyone. The host was very attentive to whatever we needed! Highly recommended, we'll be back.
