Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The house is newly renovated and has a unique location on a south-facing slope, right down to the beach edge. With the view over Genner Bay and Kalvø, you can see porpoises, lots of birds and follow the boats sailing to and from the marina on the other side of the water. The house has a south-facing terrace and direct access to its own child-friendly beach. The house has two bedrooms available, kitchen/living room with fantastic views and toilet with bath.

Within driving distance between two major cities, but still with rural charm. The house, of which the home is a separate part, has previously been the village's kindergarten. Now privately owned and with beautiful and special gardens.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
