Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Penny’s Place in Pawleys

This new studio is perfect for 2 people with a new queen size bed & pull out couch. Located 1 mile from the ICW and approximately 3 miles from Pawleys Island’s beaches.Plenty of room to park a boat or motorcycles. The studio has a brand new kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast.Historic Georgetown is a quick 15 min.There's also Brookgreen Gardens,and the shops and restaurants of Pawleys Island. Beach chairs & towels and a 2 person kayak available.

The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

The perfect pet friendly family getaway for someone wanting peaceful/ beautiful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. Ground level apart. separate LR, queen BR, full bath, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, 2 burner stove, convection oven/air fryer TV, AC/heat, wifi. Private parking. Use of the fire pits, pizza oven, grills, kayaks, gym and bikes. The beach is just a short 3 mile drive. Boat landing is just down the road, bring your boat and park it in driveway. Near MI & Gtwn.

After a day of soaking up the sunny Myrtle Beach, retreat to one of our three comfortable bedrooms. Each room offers a tranquil escape. But the real gem of this home lies just beyond the backyard. Enjoy direct access to a sparkling lake with your own private dock! Cast a line and try your luck fishing, or simply soak up the serenity of the waterfront view. Sit by the firepit or stay in our open concept home and play pool downstairs. Owned and operated by local South Carolina residents.

Intracoastal Treasure - Time to Dock the Boat!

Nestled among 100+ year-old live oaks and cypress trees, Waccamaw Cottage is your oasis to relax in a little slice of paradise. Located on the peaceful backwaters of the Waccamaw River, just minutes from all of the excitement Murrells Inlet has to offer. Take a kayak out for a tour or kick back on the back deck. Just a short drive away from beach access via Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for that allows admission for one vehicle and its occupants.

Creekfront Studio

Creekfront Studio is tucked away on Pawleys Creek. Rental includes beach chairs, single kayaks, beach cruiser bikes, stand-up paddle boards, dock access, crabbing traps/equipment, and more. Located in the heart of Pawleys Island mainland across from the Pawleys Island Chapel, you'll be only minutes from the beach, many wonderful shops, golf courses, and amazing restaurants. Creekfront Studio is best suited for two guests. Perfect for a long weekend or couples retreat.
