Fully equipped kitchen with crockpot, blender, etc.! Enjoy grilling on the large deck with a gas grill! Guests are responsible for paper goods. Condo is a junior one bedroom which is a studio with an additional small space walled off with a curtain as a divider to create a separate area for rest. Bedroom does not have a door. Beautiful ocean view. Sleeps 4. Max occupancy per fire code is 4. By booking you and your party agree to the hold harmless clause in the space section of the listing, No smoking in the unit or on the patio.

Blue Heron Cottage – Walk to the Beach

The Blue Heron has two bedrooms and two full baths. It sleeps four people with one queen and two twin beds. It has large rooms for your comfort and a covered front porch for relaxing and entertaining. A golf cart is available and rents separately of the house. The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation, a gas grill is available. There are three smart TV's and WiFi. We are dog friendly, a maximum of 2, 50 lbs. or less. Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not allowed in Ocean Lakes.

This unit is the perfect location. This is a gated resort with all the wow factors that you will be looking for. Go out the back door of our first floor living you will be greeted with a large court yard and a few quick steps to the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and club house. Within a very short walk you will find tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, play ground and kid water fun zone, lazy river and pool. Within 5 minute walk to the private beach and beach bar.

You must be at least 23 years of age to book this condo FULLY REMODELED in February of 2026- This beautiful 19th floor condo overlooks the beach. You will experience breath taking Ocean Views from the bed, balcony or the sofa. Located on the beach, you will have access a bar/restaurant, snack shops, swimming pools, 700 foot lazy river, gyms, saunas, jacuzzis, Pickleball courts and much more. Close to many restaurants and shops. It's all here in the Myrtle Beach Resort.

The Resort is nestled on 33 peaceful acres fully secured - the road that brings the Grand Strand together. Inside the gates you will discover an ocean front wonderland filled with ,lazy river, six swimming pools (two indoors), 4 whirlpools (three indoor and one outdoor), an exercise room, saunas, steam rooms, tennis courts, basketball, and a children's playground. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (queen size/2 single beds) and two single bed ottomans in the living room. Parking is on site. $10 per day per vehicle.
