One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.
