Wir haben die alten Lehmfachwerke wieder aufgemauert, die uralten Dielen freigelegt und an die Wände kam nur feinste Lehmfarbe. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
