For our guests, we offer accommodation in a new cozy detached house. The house has everything for your comfortable stay. Powerful air conditioning. Heating. Fully equipped kitchen. Also for those who like to cook on their own, there are all the utensils for cooking. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, hairdryer. There is also a washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner. The house is close to the airport (15 min drive). The center is 15 minutes away. There are 2 public transport stops near the house.

We also provide cooking basics (sugar, salt, oil, pepper etc) for the beginning of your stay so you do not have to worry about these essentials when you check-in. There is cooling fan, hair dryer, iron and all the necessities to make you feel like home. HD TV.

Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.
