Beautiful, well-kept apartment, 37 m2, on the 1st floor of a turn-of-the-century house in a central and quiet location between the train station and the old town. Everything can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes on foot: Mozarteum University, Mirabell Gardens, Mirabell Palace, Landestheater, Kongresshaus, Linzergasse, Getreidegasse, Festspielbezirk, etc. Indoor swimming pool, spa center, farmers market. Beautiful bike path to the LKH approx. 2 km. Bus stop 150 m away, train station 1.5 km away.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in a historic estate at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and is just a leisurely walk to the city center. The Rauchenbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own Baroque garden, which was first mentioned by name in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French Emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.
