Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

There are even swimming possibilities at the marina 100 metres from the grounds or 300 metres further away at the "swimming pier". Ideal also for surfing all year round.
