Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

The area offers beautiful walking possibilities in a typical Halland's nature with meadows, forests and granite. There are even swimming possibilities at the marina 100 metres from the grounds or 300 metres further away at the "swimming pier". Ideal also for surfing all year round.
