Wonderful spot right in the heart of Montepulciano. Giorgio is an excellent and responsive, helpful host. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Montepulciano.

We absolutely loved our stay at Luca’s place. It was super clean, cosy, close to everything and had breathtaking views! It felt like home and had great amenities and Luca left great recommendations! Luca was such a responsive and great host, we hope to stay again someday!

We stayed in this beautifully furnished and very cozy apartment with five people for a week. The decor is extremely lovingly designed and gives the apartment a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which you immediately feel comfortable. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and the apartment offers plenty of space for a family or group. Wi-Fi: During our stay, the Wi-Fi did not always work reliably, which was a bit frustrating, especially in bad weather, as we would have liked to watch movies. However, the problem was with the Internet provider due to storm damage, and the host was extremely accommodating and helpful. He responded quickly to our request, which we greatly appreciated. Kitchen equipment and space: The kitchen is sufficient for five people, but with an occupancy of eight people it gets a little tight. There are not enough plates, chairs, and the table also offers for eight people

we stayed in a fairly quiet time so it's not crowded as I think it might be in the summer months. Michela's house is very comfortable and the view of the sea is wonderful. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful weekend at Mery’s house! She is the sweetest, helpful attentive host! 5 stars is not high enough for her home and hospitality. Walking to the town, restaurants, etc was a bonus! Must stay!!

The house and location are simply a dream! Thank you very much, dear Christine and dear Christian, for making this beautiful place available to us! We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

Nice place and of course the view is awesome. Decent restaurants around. We had some trouble with the air conditioner and we needed to clean the filter on both of them so they wouldn’t cut out due to overheating. The place is missing a few items to really stand out: tea towel in the kitchen (as someone else has mentioned), maybe a French press do you make more than one tiny cup at a time. There was a bit of stress around the parking since someone had parked in our spot and we needed to pay for a few hours while it left.

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

A beautiful Bijou in the hills of Tuscany. Decorated with love and sense of aesthetics. Beautiful decor details and dishes. It smelled very fine in the Hus. We were totally surprised, it was even nicer than in the photos, I almost had the tears when I saw it. Dear Simone, you made a beautiful spot even more beautiful, bravo! What a fantastic place! We stayed 2 weeks. The view is lovely and we loved being up on the hill of town; we could easily walk to shops & restaurants. Paola was exceptional with recommendations & even helped us make a few reservations when we encountered language difficulties. She checked in on us every few days to see if we needed anything. The apartment was very comfortable, and it was easy to use the appliances. Amazing value as well! We loved it!

Sabrina is a very kind, welcoming and always available host. She made us find the house well-stocked and clean. The accommodation is within walking distance of the sea and the central streets. Our dog also felt right at home Thanks again, we will definitely be back!

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Multipulciano. I was worrying about the lack of windows but it did not matter and the view we did have was spectacular. Very clean, very helpful from Alex. Marveled at the history inside the apartment. Definitely put love and care in to it.

This apartment is storybook in perfection and much more than just a place to stay. The most spectacular view of Tuscany you can imagine from the wall of Montepulciano… sunset from the window… sounds of the surrounding farms in the morning… easy 3-5 minute walk through the renaissance streets to any restaurant you want. Luca is also the most intentional host, providing great recommendations, personal contacts for reservations, and easily accessible for anything you may need. Assuming we go back to Montepulciano, I would like to stay here again. Easy choice.

Caesar's place feels like you're at home. Comfortable, cozy and minimal. The exterior is well cared for and the right size to enjoy a meal with the noises of the surrounding nature. The apartment is small but with everything you need to make the most of your holiday. Mr. Cesare and Mr. Walter are of a unique kindness. A quiet place where we'll definitely be back.
