Waterfront holiday rentals in Gimhae-si

It was used by 5 people, and everyone was satisfied ~ I thankfully used the prepared amenities and bedding. There is no dust and there are trash cans everywhere, so it's convenient! In particular, the security facilities are so good that you won't have to worry if you come to play with women ~

Beautiful apartment! Stunning view from the windows. Was very clean and well kept, just like the photos. Really spacious place so it was very comfortable staying here. There was modern and up to date amenities including shower amenities and bottled water ready for us. Our host responded quickly and the whole process of checking in went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Busan and 100% recommend this place for anyone visiting!

I went on a trip to Busan with my boyfriend, and I looked at beautiful accommodations on Airbnb, but the reservation wasn't relaxed, so most of the location was ambiguous or the price was too expensive, so it was a burden. It was the accommodation I booked because I thought it was the best place, but it really exceeded my expectations! My acquaintances also looked at Instagram and asked me where it was so pretty. The accommodation was clean and the interior was really pretty. The location was the best view of Gwangan Bridge nearby, and it was close to nearby amenities, and most of them were within walking distance. I delivered some inconveniences to the host while checking out, but the handling was really good, so I even wrote a review. Thanks to you, I had a happy stay in Busan for 2 nights and 3 days. Overall great stay, place was pristine, clean and smelt nice. Loved the view of the bridge as well. Free parking also provided in the basement carpark (highly recommended to drive) as it can be a bit far from public transport. There are a lot of shops within the building itself, tons of restaurants nearby and an entire stretch of cafes and shops if you walk along the coastline. Super convenient. Only gripes we had were that with the towels provided, they were all the size of hand towels. Even though there were about 10 provided for the two of us, we ended up using 2-3 towels per pax to dry ourselves everyday. Secondly the bed frame wasn’t too sturdy. The projector behind the bed would wobble everytime we tossed and didn’t make for a great sleep. Lastly even though there were black out curtains in the bedroom, there was a big window directly above the bed which only had a transparent blind so if you’re a light sleeper do take note as light will still stream in.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view, day or night. The bed is comfy and everything is clean. There is an onsite washing machine with cleaning product, which can be very convenient. Lots of great restaurants nearby or easily on foot. P.S: You have to rely on the address given by airbnb, not the photos (I think the cafes/restaurants often change there, so the photos to spot the apartment are not necessarily up to date). I highly recommend it.

The stay was wonderful, the place is perfect for more than one person. Pleasant place, a beautiful view, clean and well set environment. I really liked it and I will definitely return to Busan!!!

The location is great, you can see the sea from the balcony.The space is bright and spacious and comfortable, the only drawback is that the landmarks of google map and never map are not the same.

"Just changing the place is a trip." This phrase is a calligraphy that I really liked, which I saw in a Chinese book. I recently needed a place to stay for a few days due to interior construction, and my family enjoyed a short trip to Dongmyeon from Mulgim-eup after a busy day at the construction site, work, and kindergarten. If you just familiarize yourself with the information you provided, there was no need to be sensitive about the condition of the accommodation. The cleanliness and the condition of the furniture were great, so I was able to relax. Lastly, for those of you who are planning to stay here, I recommend that you visit the treasure-like space on the lower floor!

The accommodation was very pretty and tidy. The location is also very close to Gwangalli Beach. I stayed for 2 nights, but it was nice that there were plenty of towels and tableware. However, the soundproofing is not good late at night, so you can avoid playing at dawn.

This place was a great experience, and matched perfectly with what I saw online. The jacuzzi was relaxing with a beautiful view of the night sky. I one hundred percent would recommend someone to stay here if you’re looking for a relaxing night in near the ocean.

Stunning views from the living area - top notch equipped with high quality interior. Rented out the place with 3 friends and we had plenty space. Pool works well, takes a while to fill up but was totally worth it with that view. Quick and friendly communication and guest oriented approach. The place was perfectly clean.

The facilities were tidy, and it was good enough to play only with friends at the accommodation. It was close to the sea and the convenience was good!

I visited for the second time in a year and a half. It is still neat and clean, and the sunset at Dadaepo Baek Shrine from the terrace is very good, the heating and hot water came out well, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tableware, separate collection facilities, bedding, and other items were all in good condition. Spacious, pleasant and nice for a large group of people to stay.

An amazing stay with breathtaking views and plenty of space! Great for friends/family trips! An ocean-front view with walkable variety of shops, eateries, and a pristine spot for both Gangwalli Beach and bridge; it’s perfect! The space was very cozy, clean, big, airy, and had great restroom space as well! It had a great atmosphere for both local and city life, near several fisheries and cafes!

There were some things, so there was nothing uncomfortable at all. We went with 4 people, and it was nice that it was spacious because it was configured to sleep 6 people ~ ~! I had a comfortable stay ~ ~ ^ ^!!

We had a lovely two week stay. The home was well equipped for day to day living, rain or shine. Bedding was comfortable, charger available for phones and iPad, wifi worked normal and Netflix on TV. Would stay here again next time in Busan.

10/10 would recommend - PLEASE stay here the next time you’re in Busan!! The entire home is even better than the photos show. The space itself is huge and perfect for a group! We loved the layout and separation between the master and the second and third bedrooms. This gave each person their own space and privacy, with a great communal living room to spend time together. Everything was pristine and clean. The other huge plus is the view and building! It’s ultra modern and as described each room has an incredible view of Haeundae Beach. We originally had more plans on our itinerary but loved the views so much we spent a good amount of time in the home. The location is perfect if you want to explore the beach and just steps away from the Mipo station to take the sky capsule. And lastly the host Eric was kind and extremely responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for check-in and responded to all my questions within minutes. We’d love to stay here again! Thank you Eric!
