We offer you accommodation in a rural environment where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, keeping the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. NO BARBECUES ALLOWED

Located in the heart of the Montseny Natural Park, Biosphere Reserve, with direct access to the Tordera River, which flows just below the house. 15 minutes from Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

An outdoor dining area is presented under a shaded pergola. A round table is set with plates and decorative items, surrounded by comfortable chairs. Lush greenery and potted plants add a natural touch, creating a pleasant environment for relaxation and social gatherings.

Urban center with a multitude of leisure and fun options ideal for couples or families, recreational activities all year round, public transport, the airport is in Girona 20 minutes away. Park with lake in front of the house. You'll love my place because of its location: pleasant outdoors, garden, chill-out loungers... ideal for relaxation and leisure. A different place.

The studio is fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend or longer stays. Shared pool with a beautiful view. The area is ideal for cycling or walking around. Not recommended for children between 0 and 12 years old.
