It is located in the most prosperous commercial street of TOSSA old town, 50 meters from the castle and 100 meters from ' Platja Gran Beach' .The location is the most excellent. The terrace on the 4th floor (25 square meter ) and the roof terrace (30 square meter with sweeping sea views) are shared by 3 apartments. If you come to our house you will have all services of Platja d'Aro, a complete holidays village, but will have the tranquility of staying far enough of the town's activity and agitation. The house has an independent garden and is 2 km away from the village, high up on a hill with wonderful views to the Mediterranean sea. You will have the complete house for you and it is well conditioned and cozy. One day before arrival we will ask you to send foto of the ID of each visitor via ABNB platform.

At the house there are 3 bedrooms (2 double beds bedroom (two bedroom of double beds, one of it has a Seaview and private bathroom, 3th bedroom has 2 single beds). A simple and well-equipped house in an elegant coastal villa near Barcelona. Next to the beach and the train station. It has two floors and a beautiful terrace with views facing the sea, a kitchen-office, a living-dining room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. There are stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.
