The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Guest house for two people in a family-friendly area. Next to the bedroom, there is a toilet, a small sink and a shower. From the bedroom, through a narrow corridor (not suitable for wheelchairs), into the kitchen area where there is a small dining area with a kitchen sofa. Kitchen with sink (water), microwave, fridge and freestanding hob. Outside the bedroom, there is a pergola with seating/dining area. Outside the guest house, there is a large green area with football goals. 500 metres to the sea with a sandy beach. 600 metres to Gislöv harbour with Stetti café & bistro.

Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.
