Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Just a 10-minute drive from the city center. The house is about 65 sqm and newly built but with a genuinely rural style. Here you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Occasional nights on request during the summer.

Sagotorp

Here you live simply but fabulously. The cottage is off-grid but with practical solutions for a comfortable stay. Tourist attractions such as the Göta Canal, the Nordic region's largest inland swimming area and Bergs locks are close by. Borensberg (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike) offers swimming areas, mini golf courses, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, interior design stores, good public transport and pharmacies. Upon your arrival, we welcome you and go through all the practicalities that come with an off-grid home. Welcome!

Charming older house with well-preserved interior from the 60s. Fully-equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer. Play old vinyl records on vintage stereo or try old games and puzzles. Close to the travel center, bus to Kolmården, tram stop and neighborhood store. Lovely Folkparken is within walking distance with exciting playground, frisbee, mini golf, outdoor gym and beach volleyball and beautiful walking paths. Free parking space is included. The house is powered by solar energy. There is a nice garden with a patio to sit by.

An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Charmig renoverad stuga sedan 5 år på ca 60 kvadrat, på lantgård, i naturskön miljö. OBS inga husdjur! Ligger mellan Linköping och Norrköping. 1 mil till ICA Supermarket i Linghem, 1 mil till Norsholms Slussar med Café (sommartid) och restaurang, mindre matbutik. Närhet till Roxen (ca 1 km) med egen klippa och tillgång till liten mysig sjöbod. Möjlighet att hyra eka, och fiskekort finns att köpa. På gården bedrivs aktivt ekologiskt lantbruk, med bl. a värphöns och betesdjur runt knutarna.

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Guest wing @Ginkelösa Nygården

Welcome to Ginkelösa Nygården! The wing building (left in helicopter image) gives you as a guest a private accommodation with a very high standard in a rural environment only 10 minutes from central Linköping. The house is fully equipped with kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms + sauna and hot tub outdoors. Electric car charger is available for a fee. This accommodation is best suited for the big family, girl/guy gang or the 2-3 couples who want something out of the ordinary!

Mysig stuga på ca 60 m² med plats för 6 personer, 4 sängar och en bäddsoffa som blir 140 cm bred. Det är 500 meter till närmsta lilla sjö där det går bra att bada och fiska och möjlighet till att låna våran roddbåt. Flera fina badplatser finns inom några kilometer även några mysiga kaféer i vacker miljö, nära naturen, lugnt och skönt på landet. Affär 7 km bort.
