Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.

Lovely country house surrounded by vineyards

Semi-detached part of an ancient farmhouse with separate entrance, recently refurbished and fully equipped. No neighbouring houses. Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with walk-in rain shower, large living area, cozy dining corner, complete kitchen. Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no overtourism. Close to Alba, Barolo and everything else you may visit while being in the area, including fine restaurants and famous wine producers.

Välkommen till mitt charmiga byhus som ligger mitt i 1200-tals byn Apricale , 2 minuter från byns Piazza. Huset är byggt på höjden. Tre våningar med kök längst ner, vardagsrum på mellanplanet med bäddsoffa och utgång till balkong, högst upp vackert sovrum med underbar utsikt från franska balkonger. 6 camere con bagno privato in stanza, salone ed una grande cucina vi attendono per regalarvi la possibilità di vivere giornate indimenticabili. A due passi dalle Langhe-Patrimonio dell'Unesco vi attendono cibo e vini superlativi. Piste da sci vicinissime! Nella bella stagione, sentieri per camminate nel verde o gite in mountain bike partono proprio sotto casa. Una vallata soleggiata e dolcissima vi permetterà di immergervi nella natura poco lontano da tutte le comodità della città.
