The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Rukławki on Lake Dadaj. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple. The property is fenced. To the main beach, not even 200 m. The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Built in 1927 with Prussian brick, it has retained its original character and rural simplicity to this day. Restored and traditionally finished, it's the perfect haven for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is divided into two separate self-contained farms and is presented in the listing, with an area of about 120 square meters.
