The apartment is centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood only 500 meters to the Kalmarsund Park's lovely swimming areas/ exercise tracks. The space Bedroom with double bed 180 cm ( 2 single beds 90 cm) In the living room there is a sofa, armchairs, TV and dining table with chairs. Welcome to a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen (70 sqm). Located 400 meters from Kalmar Strait, close to Ölandsbron, close to beautiful hiking areas and 3 km to the city center. The apartment is in a quiet area but still central and close to everything Kalmar has to offer! There is a parking space on private property. It is no coincidence that Kalmar has been named Sweden's summer city! Small patio in a beautiful environment.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
