A charming 19th century house with a good atmosphere. The property is beautifully situated by the sea overlooking Ålesund and the Sunnmøre Alps. Only 15 mins with a car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there are cultivated fields with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a medieval marble church, beaches, untouched nature and birdlife. The island once housed Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

Apartment, Valder Island, Ålesund, panoramic views

The apartment is located at the top of Skaret on Valderøya just outside Ålesund with panoramic views of the shipping line long coast. 10-15 minutes drive to the center of Ålesund, about 10 min to the airport. Hiking opportunities just outside the door of the mountain Signal with views in all directions, or to the other islands Godøya, Giske or Vigra. At Alnes, located on Godøya, there is an art gallery/cafe with a view into the sea. Short distance to all the sights of Ålesund and Sunnmørsfjellene with all their hiking opportunities.

Top apartment, fantastic views and parking!

Welcome to the top floor of Grønebelgvegen 25. Enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast with lovely views of the Sunnmøre Alps and Ellingsøy fjord. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. Here is the village center 5 minutes drive away. Mountains and hiking area easily accessible, in addition to everything Ålesund has to offer in direct vicinity. The apartment has everything you need to experience Ålesund in a comfortable way. 2 bedrooms. Available parking for up to 2 cars. Not suitable for children under 5 years.

Bright and cozy apartment centrally located in Valderøya. Immediate proximity to the sea and mountains, and a short way to city and beach life. Apartment is equipped with all you need. In idyllic and beautiful Sykkylvsfjord is a newly built cabin/cabin, high standard, just on the water's edge. Quiet, peaceful, with stunning views of fjords and mountains, less than 10 meters from the water's edge. 70m2 plus large room at the pier level. Unique layout, large window surfaces, and multi-level rooms. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. Lower floor with double gate, view of the fjord, and with its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer.

Welcome to our new holiday house. This is one of a few house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Private access to the fjord. 800m walk to restaurants and shops.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city centre. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers. Also suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transport to/from the airport on Saturday afternoon/evening. There is a 24 HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the listing. Joker Vikane. Adr: Vikevegen 22.
