Bright and pleasant small house that has just received a major upgrade, located on the south side of the lake Aursunden. It is 23 km/20-25 minutes by car to Røros, 8 km to the village of Glåmos with grocery store, and 10 km to Olavsgruva. Here there is always snow in winter, and ski tracks lead up to Rørosvidda's extensive trail network when conditions allow. Good hiking opportunities nearby also in the summer. There is a year-round road all the way to the house and you can park right outside the door.

Stay in a unique piece of Røros history, in a 120 sqm log house where a hundred years of history is combined with modern comfort and facilities. Log walls, stone floors and a large fireplace create a very special atmosphere and the house has two bedrooms, a living room, two small bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The flat comprises the entire ground floor of a small farmhouse and has a main bedroom with ensuite, a sitting room (functions as a second bedroom when there are more than two guests), a kitchen and a second bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful and you can park right outside the door. At certain times of year, you might see elk or cranes. In the summer, cows graze in the nearby fields; the traditional barn is now a cultural centre, run by Fjøsakademiet.

You will find all necessary soap items in the tiny house because it must be biodegradable. You will receive general guidance on the use of the tiny house upon arrival.
