Experience the Swedish summer idyll in this cozy little cottage built in the early 1900s. The cottage was completely renovated in 2023. Here you can enjoy beautiful forest and nature, swim in lovely lakes and fish in the nearby area. From July to September, there are usually plenty of mushrooms in the forests. The cottage is perfect for two to four people seeking a calm and relaxing holiday. In the evening, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the balcony at the back of the cottage. Note: There may be traces of cat.

An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forests, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle mushroom picking spots. The house has a large porch and nice plot that stretches around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and the mysterious forests, you have found the right place.

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
