You will have your own entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom entrance to the TV room/kitchenette with the possibility of sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed. From the TV room, there is access to a private bathroom/toilet. There will be the opportunity to store things in a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. The house is close to Billund, Varde and Esbjerg. In the city, we have Mariahaven, where lovely music is played. Kvie lake is a few kilometres outside the city, where there is beautiful nature. Lalandia and Legoland are only 20 minutes drive from the house - ideal for a day filled with fun experiences for the whole family. Local shop Brugsen open until 7:45 p.m., Pizzeria is open until 8:00 p.m. Gas station nearby. A nice and quiet place, with scenic surroundings and rich wildlife. New large terrace with canopy in the middle of the forest. Walking distance of 8 minutes to fresh air at Ringkøbing Fjord. The charming house offers the beautiful nature inside, and is a lovely bright interior, which invites you to a cozy and relaxing vacation. The house is 73 m2 and furnished with a combined kitchen/living room. The house has three rooms, with room for 6 people + a smaller child in a weekend bed. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and heat pump with air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen, as well as plenty of service. Terrace of 96 m2, which can be completely enclosed, so small children and possibly a dog cannot run out. Garden with a trampoline, two sensory swings and lawn for ball games. Common areas with a natural playground, fire pit and soccer goal.
