Luxurious one bedroom cottage located directly on the banks of the Roaring Fork River, over 300 feet of gold medal waters, your own private boat launch. Enjoy the riverside campfire and gazebo for outdoor dining while watching rafts and dory boats float by. Expect to see some of our common sightings of eagles, ospreys, great blue heron, deer and elk. Get away from it all in an authentic 1970's Colorado A-Frame cabin with a new, high-end hot tub. You'll be within 25 minutes of world-class skiing, hiking, fishing, off-roading, mountain biking, and restaurants. Located on a large private property with your own babbling stream right next to it, this property offers an escape into nature. Dip your feet in the creek, star-gaze from the hot tub, spot wildlife, rest below fourteen-thousand-foot peaks, all from the private deck on the property

The 'Lil' Cabin

Welcome to the cozy lil cabin where you can enjoy serene water views. The main floor of the cabin features a full kitchen, living room with king sized pull out couch, washer/dryer and bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a queen bed on one side of the catwalk and twin on the other. Please be aware the stairs leading to the sleeping area are steep and narrow. The cabin has an open concept layout. The lil cabin is conveniently located 5 min. from two grocery stores and 30 min. to Aspen.

The Cedar House is centrally located in the heart of the valley, for an easy commute to all the attractions this area has to offer but will give you the sense you are miles away from it all. This house is a one-of-a-kind from the exceptional wood work through-out the home from local cedar trees. The trees that surround the property and tranquil setting give privacy, peace and beauty. Sit and enjoy the sound of the stream flowing and birds singing from the decks that overlook Divide Creek.

This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.
