Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Great outdoor views, within 5 mins from downtown, Hot Springs Pool, Cavern's Adventure Park, Iron Mtn Hot Springs, Yampah Caves, Historic Hotel Colorado and Hotel Denver, between Roaring Fork River and Colorado River & great restaurants. Along the bike path in Glenwood Canyon & to downtown. A quick walk to the Colorado River. Ski Sunlight is about 15miles away - fun mountain! Parks,river trails and mountain trails.
