Centrally and quietly located apartment for max. 3 guests. The box-spring bed is in the living room together with the pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is new and hardly used and equipped with all the things you need. The bathroom is also modern and like new. The staircase is a bit steep so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.

Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
