In the living room there is a fold-out, comfortable sofa, and next to it there is an exit to a large balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped. There is a playground for children next to the block.

The silence around is a symphony of beautiful sounds of nature. Frog concerts, crane cries, singing, gurgling, the sight of deer by the pond where two ducks raise their children every year, and a resident heron eating fish.
