The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. In the ground floor there is a big meeting room with a huge terrace, which is for your own use, as well as the billiard room. The first floor of the castle is private, where the owners are staying. During Christmas and New Years a minimum of 2 nights rental is required!

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.
