We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – ideal for families and people looking for peace and quiet and relaxation close to nature. Guests have access to a private jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a barbecue, a playground, a games room (billiards, table tennis, table football) and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until 17 July 2026! Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

Our house is ideal place for families seeking for active vacation time on water, bicycle in the forest as well as for people looking for a place for chillout and rest in the nature. It's also a paradise for watersports fans and fishing addicts.

Leśne Ramoty

Leśne Ramoty is a unique house in Masuria, designed for those who value privacy, comfort and true contact with nature. Surrounded by hectares of forest and meadows, cut off from the world. The modern barn-style architecture conceals a spacious, two-level interior with a high vaulted ceiling, a designer kitchen, a fireplace and three unique bathrooms. Outside, there is a banya and a sauna in the forest, a jetty, a private beach, and several hectares of land to explore.

Just 300 metres from the apartment is a beach on Olsztyn's largest lake, Lake Ukiel. 200 meters marina, restaurant, SPA training studio, lake view points with city skyline. There are bike paths. A free parking space and an electric car charging station await you. Two bicycles are available for guests. I can also lend you a paddleboard.

I offer for rent a year-round house with an area of about 70 m2, with a large covered terrace (30 m2). The house is located on the outskirts of Łukta, on a fenced plot of 2500 m2 bordering the forest on two sides, thanks to which guests are guaranteed freedom and privacy during their stay. Two lakes are 1.2 km away: Korweskie (with the municipal beach) and Isąg. I do not rent for special events, bachelorette and bachelor parties. Pets are welcome.

Between the Forest and the Lake

"Między Lasem a Jeziorem" is a modern, year-round cottage located on the edge of the forest, in the picturesque village of Miłakowo. This is the perfect place for those looking for beautiful views and proximity to nature. The forest is a few steps from the cottage, and you can walk to the charming Lake Mildzie in about 15 minutes. Lake Wuksniki, one of the deepest lakes in Poland, is also nearby. In the evening, relax in the hot tub and sauna.
