Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Our new cottage is a reference to the facility that is already on this plot (Apartments with a view of the mountains in Marczyce, max. number of guests 9, area 100 m2, ground floor, first floor, attic. Downstairs: a hallway, living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen. Upstairs: bedroom 1 - two single beds, sitting area, 8.5 sq meters balcony. Bedroom 2 - one double bed, from the bedroom entrance to the room - office or children's bedroom. Attic: 2 single beds, a seating area. The plot area is 1.5 ha.

The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. The house is located in the Grounds of the Karkonosze Mountains, near the waterfall, and it's the perfect place for walnuts and people looking for peace and quiet in the mountains. For kids there is a playground with a cottage, slide, swings and sandbox. We have an 8-person sauna and a hot barrel for an additional fee

Unser Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Naehe (1 min.)vom Wasserfall Podgórna - im Sommer perfekt zum baden. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch am Wald , ohne jeglichen Strassenverkehr, ist kinderfreundlich und gibt viel Platz zum toben. Das Haus verfuegt ueber eine sehr gut ausgestatte Kueche mit Keramik aus der Region (Bolesławiec/Bunzlau). Der Kamin laedt im Winter zu gemuetlichen Abenden ein :-)

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
