The 75 sqm cottage consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, and has a balcony and a terrace. The cottage is equipped with a fridge, induction cooktop, air conditioning, TV and basic kitchen utensils. There is also a barbecue area, a trampoline and a children's playground. The location provides peace and quiet, while being close to tourist attractions.

From May 1 to September 30, the house is rented for at least 6 days. The property is monitored from the outside.
