Margaret is a nice and friendly host! The house is very cool, looks just like the pictures. The scenery and the surroundings are breathtaking! Everything was clean and tidy. There was also extra wood for the fireplace, which was nice. I also really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful everything was. Breathtaking scenery and surroundings, even friendly wildlife around the house. Roudno is very small and friendly. I recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a nice and cozy getaway from everyday's stress and clutter. Thank you for the stay!

It was a big pleasure to visit this place. Beautiful area for walks and skiing, great house. We'll be back soon :)

I highly recommend this place, a great location , a guarded neighborhood, an elevator for the outdoors and an elevator in the middle of the house, a few steps and you are in a spa park that is not only very well-maintained by a lot of flowers, and fountains, everywhere nearby , the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is well-maintained, nicely decorated, there is a washing machine, which for families with children is an amenity and coffee maker, 2 balconies , which is also a big plus , we will definitely stay there again, very good contact with Mrs. Aga. I also sincerely recommend it.

A large house with a large garden on the edge of a quiet village - although by the road, there are not many cars or people walking. The house is beautifully tidy, clean, equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay (we especially appreciated the kitchen equipment and the washing machine, outdoor and indoor clothes dryer, nets in the windows). Inside, there are a few games, books, magazines, and toys for children. Outside, there is a small covered seating area, two sun loungers, a grill, a fire pit, the possibility of picking ripe fruits, herbs, sheep graze right behind the fence. Right in the village, a smaller playground for children and a pub open over the weekend. Close to interesting tourist destinations. The host was very kind, accommodating, wondering how we liked them and if everything was okay, they always responded quickly and there was no problem to agree on anything (and that we weren't exactly unpretentious guests this time;-)

We are delighted to stay in Sunny Cottages ❤️ Perfect for winter (close to Zieleniec) and summer. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the cottages are great. Inside, clean, super well-maintained, there's really everything you need (and more🙈). The cottage captivates with its charm. Very dog-friendly place! It's worth adding that the host is lovely Beata, who already with her hospitality encourages you to come back again. With a clear conscience, we recommend it to anyone who wants to take a break from the city in peace and quiet. We'll keep recommending, and we'll be sure to come back 😇

Stylish timbered house, generous space inside to comfortably accommodate a group of people. We had everything we needed for cooking, dining, and overall private accommodation. Sauna in the backyard for a reward. Strategic location for many outings nearby. We loved it here, and we're glad we were able to support this area with a 2024 flood.

A group of 7 friends had a great time here, hassle-free check-in, and the wellness zone is a plus. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. We had firewood, BBQ grill, fire sticks. The photos did not show a ladder to another "room" on the mezzanine. Minus the price of electricity for 2 days, but I think these amounts are in the Czech Republic.

We had 3 wonderful days in the Tré, everything was so lovingly prepared, just like in the pictures; Adéla is totally nice and accommodating (contact via message fairer). Wonderfully quiet, very clean; the fireplace is great, cooked outside every night (we had equipment with us). The sauna worked just as well. The villagers have also been totally friendly, the surroundings are wonderful and invite you to hike. We felt very, very comfortable! We will be back! PS: You should be able to chop wood:)

We were 7 in the climbing area of Bor (near Machov, Czech Republic) and stayed at the accommodation very inexpensive and comfortable, very great! The hosts live not far away in a house and have communicated very nicely with us. There was wood for heating at your disposal, which was pleasant. However, not all radiators in the rooms worked, which was a bit unfavorable when falling asleep. In addition, we were told that the amount of electricity included in the price is limited, which we perceived as something uncomfortable, as we did not know if such as the infrared sauna can be used free of charge. We knew that towels and kitchen towels are not included, which was not a problem but also no advantage. All in all a great stay and we would definitely visit the place again if we vacation in the area again.
