We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). The house is located in a beautiful village with an extraordinary history. Nearby is an atmospheric pond where colorful ducks swim. Behind the barn there is a beautiful view of the wild meadow and the forest of hills. The cabin can accommodate up to 6 adults and two children. There are two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. In front of the house is a patio with a barbecue and a fire pit. Relaxation will provide a wood-heated hot tub and outdoor sauna. The house has air conditioning.

Roztocze Hut

Roztoczańska Chatka is a place where you can really slow down – it smells of the forest, birds are singing all around, and you can often see squirrels from the terrace. The cottage is located near Zwierzyniec, and the surrounding trees provide privacy and tranquillity. It's the perfect place to relax without any rush for families with children and for those who don't like to be separated from their pets. One cottage on a fenced property. I invite you to relax in an intimate wooden cottage with a fireplace on a large, wooded plot in Bondyrzu. The neighborhood is very quiet, but there is no shortage of attractions nearby, how very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with the beach, kayaking From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the valley of the Wieprz River, which flows directly on the plot, about 100m from the cottage. Wild animals, like deer and squirrels, are frequent guests in the area. Forest 100m away.

The cottage is located in a quiet village, but Szczebrzeszyn, Zwierzyniec and Nielisz are also close.

Guests can enjoy a covered terrace with wooden benches, a swing, and a barbecue area, as well as a cozy interior featuring a charming fireplace. Nearby attractions include kayaking on the Tanew River, hiking and cycling trails, forests, and the peaceful atmosphere of the Roztocze region.
