Our beautiful house in the traditional architectural style is located in the middle of the picturesque Altaussee with all the shopping facilities. It is within walking distance only 500m from the lake and 5-10 minutes by car from the Loser-Schigebiet, the Narcissus Bath, Golf Course and Bad Aussee with train station. The house has 6 bedrooms for total 12-13 guests, 3 living room, 3 bathroom, 2 kitchens, a beautiful garden with terrace, a large balcony, with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains and Lake Altaus.

Colorful and flooded with light! In the Salzkammergut

Zell am Moos am Irrsee, apartment available year-round, 62 sqm, 4-max 6 people, 15 minutes to 3 seaside resorts. Salzburg 30 km. In the village 10 - 15 minutes walk you will find inns, supermarket, playground, coffee house with bakery, butcher, tobacconist + magazine shop, bank, ATM, post office partner, craft shop, felt art, ceramics, local history museum. Stay at least 4 nights, long-term rental possible. Additional costs paid in cash on site: statutory tourist tax €2.40 per person (over 15 years old) per night.

Das geräumige Ferienhaus (200m², 3 Doppelzimmern, 3 Terrassen) ist umrahmt von Wald und Wiesen und liegt 1,5 km von Ortszentrum Gmunden entfernt. Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

Quiet wooden villa with indoor pool

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The heart of this old furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tiled stove and kitchen in winter, and plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory is inspiring. The barely used side street also offers additional peace. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for a ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschlsee.

Brand new ground-level 100 m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District with pool, garden shower and mountain view. 5 - 15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.
