Definitely booking the place on my next visit to Goa, Maximus a very friendly pet to be around, recommending all my friends and family about the venue would like to give it a 10 star rating but you don't have the option

An excellent stay in truly a home away from home. With easy accessibility, helpful communications, artful decors in the house, a responsible caretaker -- everything together made Sparsha and Ojasvi to be "Superhosts" for us. Surely we would be in their touch when we visit again. We recommend their place for anybody visiting Arambol.

The Caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful, responded promptly whenever required, he even helped us with the scooty rentals at the doorstep. Also, the property has a very friendly dog named doobey, loved the place, people and overall experience there. Will definitely visit again.

After reservation till check out the host , his father and their team were really good and very much helpful. The place is perfectly situated and the people who wants to be away from city, this is the best place to go. The rooms were above my expectations and the nature's beauty is very wonderful which surrounds the bangalow. The place is very safe. The food is very tasty. It's a modern portuguese villa. Three of us family members stayed here for 5 nights. It's a peaceful area and the villa is well equipped. It has a kind of homely feeling. The place has a soul unlike the modern , bland places. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again sometime in future.

Nileshs place in Talpona is no less than heaven. we were fortunate to get a three daystay at this place in Talpona.The backwaters behind the house as seen in the photos makes the place a worth visit. the silence of the sea can be experienced by just sitting and looking at it.All the amenities as mentioned were available.the care takers prasanna and Prem can guide you and help you with anything one needs. There are only two hotels nearby and the reasonable rate with good food makes this place a worth visit.Talpona beach is at a walking distance and this place is no short of heaven.Book this place if it's available for you since this place has the authentic feel of a south goans household.Will definitely stay here again on my future visit.

Awesome stay. Wonderful vibes. Just beside lake with ok ok swimming pool. Rooms are very small and bathrooms need ventilation. Overall good experience. Caretaker was very helpful.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this property from March 16th to 18th. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—well-maintained, clean, and set in a serene location with no noise, making it a perfect getaway. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, which was a major plus. The caretaker was very helpful, explaining everything in detail, and we appreciated how smoothly everything worked. Though the swimming pool is only about 3 feet deep, we still had a great time playing in the water. The only minor drawbacks were the limited food delivery options on Swiggy, so planning meals in advance would be a good idea. Also, while the Alexa-controlled setup for electrical appliances is a modern touch, we personally didn’t find it the most convenient to use. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it for those looking for a calm retreat near the beach!
