Cozy apartment in the center of Ouddorp aan Zee

This apartment offers a lot of privacy with its own sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. In addition to the underfloor heating, there is a cozy wood stove. Via an open staircase, you enter the sleeping area, which has 1 spacious double bed and 2 separate single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog, we charge 15 euros in cash upon arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire concrete floor has underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix (no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg appliances and is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. There is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner in the enclosed laundry room. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two sections, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two separate single beds on the other. The room with the wooden floor and beds feels immediately relaxing. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike, you can reach the beach within 10 minutes. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very bright in atmosphere, you will quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside, you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment may participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is located next to the apartment. Guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden, there is a cozy seating area, relaxing chairs and a large picnic table. My friend and I are available by email, WhatsApp and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The city center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church, there are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and wonderful, with a number of cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

Unique, spacious accommodation with lovely garden adjacent to the Waterleidingduinen. Within walking distance of the natural beach and the nature reserve de Kwade Hoek. In this beautiful residence, you will immediately relax. The living room with open kitchen is adjacent to the garden and has all the comforts. In the front room, you sleep wonderfully, and it is a nice workplace, reading corner and piano. In the loft, you will find a cozy 2nd bedroom. When you open the skylight, you can hear the rustling of the trees and sometimes in the distance the sea.

Our beach house is tastefully decorated, a house where the sun always shines and you quickly feel at home. South-facing garden with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed. 1 small bedroom with 1 pers box spring and 1 pers folding bed. Above living room sleeping loft with small double bed. We think our house is suitable for max 5 people. Bathroom will be renovated in februari 2024. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, airfryer and tostigrill and renewd in 2023.

Perfect voor een ontspannen vakantie, fiets/strandvakantie en leuk voor kinderen. Een mooie tuin met terrasjes, incl terras met overkapping en gelegen aan de rand van het park (vrij uitzicht!). Er is een aparte berging met 2 gratis fietsen en u kunt uw auto voor het chalet parkeren. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

Close to the beach and the dunes of the nature reserve De Kwade Hoek and Ouddorp with plenty of hiking and biking opportunities. Private entrance, ground floor and located by the forest. 2 km away from the authentic old town of Goedereede with its cozy inner harbor and terraces. Ouddorp is known for its beach clubs. Made beds and towels are provided.

Great chalet to relax with the family, with many play options for kids of any age. The area is very green with lots of outdoor space around the house. Open up the patio doors, take a nap in the hammock or BBQ next to the terras. Within walking distance you find a historic harbour town, with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Close by you find a nature reserve and many beaches. There are many activities on the island too. Enjoy! 🏠 The chalet was fully renovated in April 2022.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Very luxuriously furnished vacation home directly on the water with a 13-meter-long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day at Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not far away. The city of Rotterdam, popular with tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

Het huisje Zilt is lekker licht en fris door de twee ramen beneden en openslaande deuren. Het huisje wordt verlicht door dimbare spotjes. De verschillende en natuurlijke materialen geven het huisje een gezellige strandsfeer en een echt vakantiegevoel. Boven is de slaapkamer heel gezellig door het steigerhouten plafond. Achter het bed is een klein raam met uitzicht op de tuin en landerijen. Dit geeft meteen bij het wakker worden al een vakantiegevoel!

The Bakery is located in the middle of the cozy center of Ouddorp, with nice shops and cozy terraces around the corner! In the spring of 2017, we transformed the original old bakery into a spacious and cozy 2-person apartment with authentic elements and underfloor heating. The beds are made and towels are provided for you. For a more relaxing stay, also ask about our breakfast service! We hope to welcome you to our Bakery!

When there are two of you, it is comfortable. The cozy chalet is situated on a private property behind our house. Beach: 600m. have a spacious park-like garden of 800 meters at your disposal, which offers you peace and privacy. At 1 kilometer distance you will find the cozy village center of Ouddorp..
