Cozy apartment in downtown Ouddorp by the sea

This apartment offers lots of privacy with a private sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. Next to the underfloor heating there is a cozy wood stove. Through an open staircase you enter the sleeping area, in which there are 1 double bed and 2 single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog we charge 15 euros cash on arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix ( no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg equipment and is equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a Southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. In the closed laundry room there is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two parts, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two single beds on the other side. The space with the wooden floor and beds immediately feels relaxed. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike you are within 10 minutes on the beach. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very light in atmosphere, you quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment can participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is next to the apartment. The guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden there is a cozy seat, relax chairs and large picnic table. My boyfriend and I are available by mail, whats app and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is just around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and lovely with some cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

Studio Historic Pekelpakhuis

Our unique 4-p studio is located on the second floor of a historic brine warehouse (1832) on the Menheerse Werf (1750), a working museum yard in Middelharnis, an old fishing village on the beautiful Haringvliet. We are happy to receive our guests personally. The studio has a private entrance and is completely self-sufficient. The monumental character also has drawbacks, such as low beams and a somewhat steep staircase to the sleeping floor, but the atmosphere and use of a boat more than make up for that.

In the Yellow Hat luxury holiday homes. In the picturesque village of Zonnemaire lies a historic dike house dating back to 1742. Apartment SUN on the ground floor has a fantastic wide view of the polder with large balcony. In the front view of the church tower and from the balcony on the wide green polder with the Dutch mill. Very spacious (60m2) and bright, comfortable house with a separate living, sleeping and bathroom . Close to the sea and the Grevelingenmeer. Surrounded by historic towns.

This luxury apartment is located in the village of Scharendijke at the foot of the Brouwersdam in a sheltered garden just a short walk from the beach. This is nicely furnished and can accommodate 2 people, has its own private entrance, terrace and lovely veranda with large shared garden. Situated on the ground floor is the living room with TV, kitchenette, with refrigerator, senseo, and a kettle. Luxury bathroom with rain shower. On the 2nd floor is a spacious bedroom with 2 person box spring.

My apartment is located in the middle of the cozy center of Ouddorp (corner of Weststraat/Raadhuisstraat) and is best suited for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. Recently equipped with a new kitchen, renewed sanitary facilities and a biggest plus of the apartment; the lovely spacious terrace and the ideal location 10 minutes by bike from the widest beach in the Netherlands. A very nice place to relax and enjoy the Zeeland surroundings with beautiful beaches, charming villages and towns and fantastic cycling routes.
